TimelyCare is an independent company that provides services using a network of contracted providers in all 50 states. TimelyCare offers free, 24/7 virtual telehealth visits for Emory University students.

All Students can access the 24/7 TalkNow service, whether living in the US or abroad.

Students living in the US can access TimelyCare's scheduled counseling and medical care visits.

Students living in the US outside Georiga can access limited psychiatry visits (by referral only from SHS, CAPS, or CCS).

Student Health Services (SHS) Telehealth
The telehealth appointments offered by SHS are available through the patient portal.
- Students must physically be in Georgia to have a telehealth visit through SHS.
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Telehealth

Student Health Services
Emory University Student Health Services (EUSHS) provides outpatient care for enrolled Emory students with a valid Emory ID card. International student's spouses, Domestic Partners and unmarried children over 18 years of age are also eligible for primary medical care if they are currently enrolled in the Emory/Aetna Student Health Insurance Plan.
