Congratulations on your graduation! Your accomplishments and contributions during your time at Emory are impressive, and we are confident that you have much to offer the world in the next chapter of your journey.
The transition of your care is important to us as you leave Emory, and our team is here to assist. This message describes Emory clinical health and wellbeing resources available to you and how to transition your information to new care providers in the coming weeks.
Clinical Appointments:
- You may access appointments at Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Office of Respect, and Student Health Services (SHS) until May 31, 2024.
- Please download your health records (e.g., immunization records, progress notes, labs, x-rays, etc.) from the Student Health Portal by May 31, 2024.
- Ensure that you have adequate medication refills by making a final appointment with SHS or, if appropriate, by requesting refills via the Student Health Portal.
TimelyCare:
- You will continue to have access to TimelyCare until July 31, 2024. This provides you with access to counseling, medical care, and TalkNow support services as you establish your new care providers.
- If you have had appointments with TimelyCare, please download your records through the application before July 31.
Emory Student Health Insurance (EUSHIP):
- Students currently on EUSHIP will continue to have coverage through July 31, 2024.
- You will have the option to purchase an additional month of coverage, if needed, directly through Aetna.
- Questions regarding your insurance plan should be directed to Aetna via their website or by calling 1-877-480-4161.
