Vaccinations, Screening Tests and Travel Clinic Prices

Insurance does not pay for everything, not even for some of the care that you and/or your healthcare provider have good reason to think that you need. Insurance plans vary in their coverage of vaccines and blood tests. The Emory University Student Insurance Plan (EUSHIP), however, does cover vaccines and many blood tests at 100% when performed at EUSHS.

If you have a different insurance than the EUSHIP, ask about costs before receiving vaccines, blood antibody tests, and tuberculosis screening. You are encouraged to check with your insurance carrier to ascertain your level of coverage and your potential out-of-pocket expenses, including co-pays and annual deductibles.  There may be other clinical provider sites nearby where you can receive more complete coverage if you do not carry the Emory Aetna Student Insurance Plan.

EUSHS vaccinations, antibody blood tests, tuberculosis screening, and international travel consultations are priced to be consistent with Emory Healthcare pricing. For more information about the Travel Clinic, click here.  For more information about Emory immunization requirements, click here.
