Substance Abuse Counseling and Referrals
EUSHS offers free alcohol, tobacco and other substance abuse evaluation, counseling and referrals by a licensed alcohol and substance abuse social worker and licensed professional counselor. Services include:
- Initial screening interviews
- Counseling, psychoeducation, and case management
- Harm reduction and recovery maintenance
- Referrals
