SleepWell is a self-guided program for Emory students offered by the Office of Health Promotion. The aim of SleepWell is to help you improve the quality of your sleep.

People who don’t get enough good quality sleep every night can experience a range of negative outcomes such as depression, stress, mood swings, lack of concentration, lower grades, and poor physical performance.

  • Does it take you a long time to fall asleep at night?
  • Do you have a hard time staying asleep throughout the night?
  • Do you ever feel drowsy or lacking in energy during the day?
  • Are your grades suffering because you feel too tired to concentrate on your work?
  • Do you rely on alcohol or medication to help you get to sleep at night?
  • Does a lack of good quality sleep ever make you moody or irritable?
  • Do you struggle to maintain a regular sleep schedule?
  • Do you often wake up in the morning feeling like you didn’t get enough sleep?

If you answered yes to any of the above, you could benefit from SleepWell.

This website contains videos and resources that explain how to create and maintain a consistent sleep schedule and develop habits and behaviors that will help you sleep better. Just click on the links in the navigation bar to the left of this page to learn more.
