We offer free, confidential consultations in holistic wellness and stress management. Holistic wellness refers to an overall sense of integrity, wellbeing, and balance among many aspects of health: social, spiritual, mental/emotional, and physical. We can help you take inventory of both your resources and demands to identify new strategies for coping. And we can offer resources to help you feel your best, including referrals to stress-busters on-campus and self-guided relaxation materials.
