For appointments with our dietitian, sexual health counselor or substance abuse counselors, please call (404) 727-7551 (press 1) during office hours, or request an appointment via Your Patient Portal. Please note that you will be charged a no-show fee for missed appointments. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call 404-727-7551 at least 24 hours in advance.
