Sexual Assault Peer Advocates (SAPA) are a group of students that provide trainings to undergraduate and graduate students about what to say, what not to say, and how to support sexual assault survivors. The trainings are free and open to all current Emory students.

Meet the 2012-2013 SAPA Executive Board:
Anushka Kapoor, President
Anushka Kapoor is a senior in the Goizueta Business School concentrating in Finance and Accounting. She is from New Delhi, India. She is the founder and President of SAPA. She has been an advocate for sexual assault survivors for two years. She was also the Career Management Chair for the BBA Council, and the founder and Co-President of BBA Women of Goizueta. She enjoys dancing, traveling and listening to music.
Brielle Scully, Vice President
Brielle Scully, Vice President Brielle Scully is a sophomore from Kentucky. She was a part of the 2012 cast of the Vagina Monologues and is also a member of the Alliance for Sexual Assault Prevention and the Delta Delta Delta Sorority.
Elizabeth (Ibit) Scott, Secretary
Elizabeth (Ibit) Scott is a senior in the College majoring in Art History Major with a minor in Anthropology. She is from Gainesville, Florida and a huge Gator fan. She loves taking pictures, traveling and all ten of her family's dogs. She also has a first degree black belt in Taekwondo. Apart from SAPA, she is also President of the Alliance for Sexual Assault Prevention and is a member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority.
Danielle Adler, Training Coordinator
Danielle Adler is from New York City. She is currently a junior in the Goizueta Business School with a double concentration in Marketing and Strategy & Management Consulting. She also just completed a study abroad semester in Vienna. Along with SAPA, she is involved in Emory Reads, Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and Best Buddies.
Marie Bangura, Public Relations Chair
Marie Bangura is a Junior in Emory College, majoring in Biology and Sociology. She is originally from London, England, but currently holds residents in New Jersey. In addition to her involvement in SAPA, she is a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority, a freshman resident advisor, and a mentor in the Pipeline program. She is also Ms. Black and Gold 2011. In her free time, she loves to run, bake, travel, and watch movies.
Rachel Bottoms, Advocate Involvement Chair
Rachel Bottoms is a Junior in Emory College, majoring in English and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. She is from Marietta, Georgia.
Samantha Grayman, Fundraising Chair
Samantha Grayman is a sophomore studying Anthropology and Middleastern Studies. She's from Brooklyn, NY.
Elizabeth Neyman, Treasurer
Elizabeth is a sophomore in the College from Kentucky.
Emily Machesney, Publicity Chair
Emily Machesney is a junior in the College from Maine.
