Individual/Couples Counseling

Students seek individual and couples counseling for a wide variety of concerns.  Whatever your concerns, a confidential conversation with a CAPS clinician is a good place to start. A clinician can help you sort out your thoughts, feelings, and circumstances, as well as help you identify and connect with appropriate resources that might be of help to you.

In order to serve the needs of all Emory students, CAPS utilizes a brief therapy model.  If the support you need is not available on campus, a clinician can help you connect with off campus providers and services.  Ongoing and specialized counseling is readily available with private practitioners in the area. To get the referral process started, call 404-727-7450 to schedule an initial assessment appointment with a CAPS clinician.

Counseling is confidential, protected by law and by ethical standards.
