Emory HelpLine

Emory HelpLine (HL) is an anonymous, peer counseling telephone hotline that serves the Emory community. It is open from 8:30 PM-1:00 AM, 7 days per week during the regular academic year and closes for all major student holidays.  Both the individuals who call the HL and the individuals who staff the HL remain anonymous.  Any student interested in volunteering for the HL should note that this group requires a significant time commitment.

“If you are interested in applying to volunteer on the HelpLine, please download and complete the application.

The 2017 application period has been extended and will close at 11:59 PM on October 22, 2017."

Please send your completed application to emoryhl.recruitment@gmail.com.

If you have any questions or concerns about the application process, please contact the HL recruitment team at emoryhl.recruitment@gmail.com

Note: If you are a student with a non-urgent mental health situation, the HelpLine can be reached at 404.727.4357 (HELP)
