After Hours Emergency

-FOR LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCIES DAY OR NIGHT, call 911

-Emory HelpLine:  For non-urgent mental health situations, contact the HelpLine at 404-727-4357 (HELP).  The HelpLine is an anonymous, peer counseling telephone service that is open from 8:30pm-1:00am, 7 days per week, during the regular academic year (excluding major student holidays).

-Student Intervention Services (SIS) Team:  For immediate assistance after-hours and weekends, contact Student Intervention Services (SIS Team) at 404-430-1120.  You will be asked to leave a contact number to receive a call back.

-Emergency Room:  The Emory University Hospital Emergency Room is located on campus at 1364 Clifton Road, 404-712-7100

-Psychiatrist-On-Call:  To reach an Emory Healthcare psychiatrist-on-call after-hours or weekends, call 404-778-5000.

-Emergency Medical Services (EMS):  For physical injury, dangerous alcohol or drug intoxication, or other emergency medical concerns on campus call Emory EMS at 404-727-6111

-Sexual Assault/Interpersonal Violence:  For confidential support/advocacy during business hours (9am-5pm), call 404-727-1514 and choose option 1 to speak with the Respect Program’s advocate in the Office of Health Promotions.

-Georgia Crisis & Access Line:  1-800-715-4225

-Suicide Hotline:  1-800-784-2433

-Crisis Text Line:  741-741
